其(qi)中孔規格(ge)盡可能超(chao)過提(ti)(ti)高層規格(ge),不(bu)然沒法裝(zhuang)進(jin),乃至會導致提(ti)(ti)高層完全(quan)散頭狀況。一(yi)般空(kong)隙為1~1.5mm。外衣內部的(de)槽(cao)(cao)形會立即危害接(jie)頭品質。現階段有直(zhi)孔無槽(cao)(cao)體式(shi)、鋸(ju)(ju)齒(chi)狀槽(cao)(cao)體式(shi)及其(qi)環(huan)狀和鋸(ju)(ju)齒(chi)狀槽(cao)(cao)整體式(shi)。棉繩(sheng)(化學纖(xian)維(wei))手工(gong)編織(zhi)橡膠軟管因應用(yong)(yong)工(gong)作壓(ya)力低,拔脫(tuo)力小,都選用(yong)(yong)無槽(cao)(cao)體式(shi)構造。不(bu)銹鋼絲手工(gong)編織(zhi)橡膠軟管在壓(ya)扣時其(qi)提(ti)(ti)高層易造成(cheng)彎折(zhe)形變(bian),多(duo)選用(yong)(yong)鋸(ju)(ju)齒(chi)狀。不(bu)銹鋼絲螺(luo)旋波紋(wen)管一(yi)般疊加層數較多(duo),提(ti)(ti)高層的(de)單側薄厚較大 達到3.6mm,壓(ya)扣時要使提(ti)(ti)高層產生波浪狀形變(bian)而置入槽(cao)(cao)體就務必選用(yong)(yong)環(huan)狀和鋸(ju)(ju)齒(chi)狀槽(cao)(cao)相組(zu)成(cheng),這類槽(cao)(cao)形比鋸(ju)(ju)齒(chi)狀槽(cao)(cao)寬2/3,其(qi)抗拔脫(tuo)力更強。
