其(qi)中孔規(gui)(gui)格盡可(ke)能超過提(ti)(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)(ceng)規(gui)(gui)格,不然沒法裝進,乃(nai)至會導致提(ti)(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)(ceng)完全散頭狀(zhuang)況(kuang)。一般(ban)空隙為1~1.5mm。外衣內部的(de)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)形會立即危(wei)害接(jie)頭品質(zhi)。現(xian)階段有直孔無(wu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)、鋸(ju)(ju)齒狀(zhuang)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)及其(qi)環狀(zhuang)和鋸(ju)(ju)齒狀(zhuang)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)整體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)。棉(mian)繩(化學(xue)纖維)手(shou)工編(bian)織橡膠軟管因(yin)應用(yong)工作壓力(li)低,拔脫(tuo)力(li)小,都(dou)選(xuan)用(yong)無(wu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)構造(zao)。不銹(xiu)鋼絲手(shou)工編(bian)織橡膠軟管在壓扣(kou)時(shi)其(qi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)(ceng)易造(zao)成彎折形變(bian)(bian),多選(xuan)用(yong)鋸(ju)(ju)齒狀(zhuang)。不銹(xiu)鋼絲螺(luo)旋波紋管一般(ban)疊加層(ceng)(ceng)數較多,提(ti)(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)單側薄厚較大(da) 達到3.6mm,壓扣(kou)時(shi)要(yao)使(shi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)(ceng)產生(sheng)波浪狀(zhuang)形變(bian)(bian)而(er)置入槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)體(ti)(ti)就務(wu)必選(xuan)用(yong)環狀(zhuang)和鋸(ju)(ju)齒狀(zhuang)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)相(xiang)組(zu)成,這類槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)形比鋸(ju)(ju)齒狀(zhuang)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)寬(kuan)2/3,其(qi)抗拔脫(tuo)力(li)更強。
