危害壓扣式橡膠軟管接頭總成(cheng)品質的關(guan)鍵(jian)加工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)要素是壓(ya)(ya)(ya)扣工(gong)藝(yi)流程。現階(jie)段關(guan)鍵(jian)有二種壓(ya)(ya)(ya)扣方法,一種是軸(zhou)(zhou)徑送(song)入式(shi)(shi),可在通用性壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機里(li)用專用型(xing)模貝來完成(cheng)。其壓(ya)(ya)(ya)扣量不容(rong)易調節,在壓(ya)(ya)(ya)扣全過程中(zhong)非常容(rong)易損害外(wai)衣(yi)外(wai)表層。為(wei)了更(geng)好(hao)地取下(xia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)扣件。務必把(ba)模貝制(zhi)成(cheng)對開啟式(shi)(shi)。這就會有合縫,使(shi)制(zhi)成(cheng)品外(wai)型(xing)不太好(hao)。另一種為(wei)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)扣式(shi)(shi)其模貝有兩開、三瓣(ban)、六瓣(ban)和八瓣(ban)模之分。合適大批量生產一般用六瓣(ban)和八瓣(ban)模貝,確保壓(ya)(ya)(ya)扣品質的基本是恰當把(ba)握橡膠軟管的內(nei)膠縮小量和外(wai)衣(yi)的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)扣量。
其(qi)中孔規(gui)格盡可能超過提(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)規(gui)格,不(bu)然(ran)沒法裝(zhuang)進,乃至會導致提(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)完全散頭(tou)狀(zhuang)況。一般空隙為(wei)1~1.5mm。外衣內部的槽(cao)(cao)形會立(li)即危害接頭(tou)品質。現(xian)階段有直(zhi)孔無(wu)槽(cao)(cao)體式(shi)(shi)、鋸齒(chi)狀(zhuang)槽(cao)(cao)體式(shi)(shi)及其(qi)環狀(zhuang)和(he)鋸齒(chi)狀(zhuang)槽(cao)(cao)整體式(shi)(shi)。棉繩(化學纖維(wei))手工編(bian)(bian)織(zhi)橡膠軟(ruan)管因應用工作壓(ya)力(li)低,拔(ba)脫力(li)小,都選(xuan)用無(wu)槽(cao)(cao)體式(shi)(shi)構造。不(bu)銹鋼絲(si)手工編(bian)(bian)織(zhi)橡膠軟(ruan)管在壓(ya)扣時其(qi)提(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)易(yi)造成彎(wan)折形變,多選(xuan)用鋸齒(chi)狀(zhuang)。不(bu)銹鋼絲(si)螺旋(xuan)波(bo)紋(wen)管一般疊(die)加層(ceng)數較多,提(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)的單(dan)側薄(bo)厚較大 達到3.6mm,壓(ya)扣時要使提(ti)(ti)高層(ceng)產生波(bo)浪(lang)狀(zhuang)形變而置(zhi)入槽(cao)(cao)體就務(wu)必(bi)選(xuan)用環狀(zhuang)和(he)鋸齒(chi)狀(zhuang)槽(cao)(cao)相(xiang)組成,這類(lei)槽(cao)(cao)形比鋸齒(chi)狀(zhuang)槽(cao)(cao)寬(kuan)2/3,其(qi)抗拔(ba)脫力(li)更(geng)強。
