其(qi)中孔規格盡可能(neng)超過(guo)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)規格,不然(ran)沒法裝(zhuang)進,乃至(zhi)會導致提(ti)(ti)高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)完全散頭狀況。一(yi)般空隙為1~1.5mm。外衣(yi)內部的(de)槽(cao)形會立即危害接頭品質。現階段有直孔無槽(cao)體(ti)式(shi)、鋸齒(chi)狀槽(cao)體(ti)式(shi)及其(qi)環狀和(he)鋸齒(chi)狀槽(cao)整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)。棉繩(化學纖維)手工編織橡(xiang)膠軟(ruan)管因應用(yong)(yong)工作壓力低,拔(ba)脫力小,都選用(yong)(yong)無槽(cao)體(ti)式(shi)構造。不銹鋼絲(si)手工編織橡(xiang)膠軟(ruan)管在壓扣(kou)時其(qi)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)易造成彎折形變,多(duo)選用(yong)(yong)鋸齒(chi)狀。不銹鋼絲(si)螺旋波紋管一(yi)般疊(die)加層(ceng)(ceng)數較多(duo),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)單(dan)側薄厚較大 達到3.6mm,壓扣(kou)時要使(shi)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)產(chan)生波浪狀形變而置入槽(cao)體(ti)就務必(bi)選用(yong)(yong)環狀和(he)鋸齒(chi)狀槽(cao)相組(zu)成,這類槽(cao)形比鋸齒(chi)狀槽(cao)寬2/3,其(qi)抗拔(ba)脫力更強(qiang)。
