其(qi)(qi)中孔規格盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)超過提高(gao)層(ceng)規格,不(bu)然沒(mei)法裝進(jin),乃至(zhi)會導致(zhi)提高(gao)層(ceng)完全散(san)頭狀況(kuang)。一般(ban)空隙(xi)為(wei)1~1.5mm。外衣內部的槽形會立即危害接(jie)頭品(pin)質。現(xian)階段有直(zhi)孔無(wu)槽體(ti)式(shi)、鋸齒(chi)(chi)狀槽體(ti)式(shi)及(ji)其(qi)(qi)環狀和(he)鋸齒(chi)(chi)狀槽整體(ti)式(shi)。棉繩(化學纖維)手工編(bian)織橡(xiang)膠軟(ruan)管因應用(yong)(yong)(yong)工作壓(ya)力低,拔(ba)(ba)脫(tuo)力小(xiao),都選用(yong)(yong)(yong)無(wu)槽體(ti)式(shi)構造。不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼絲(si)手工編(bian)織橡(xiang)膠軟(ruan)管在壓(ya)扣時(shi)其(qi)(qi)提高(gao)層(ceng)易造成彎折形變,多(duo)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋸齒(chi)(chi)狀。不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼絲(si)螺(luo)旋(xuan)波(bo)紋管一般(ban)疊加層(ceng)數較多(duo),提高(gao)層(ceng)的單側(ce)薄厚較大 達到3.6mm,壓(ya)扣時(shi)要使提高(gao)層(ceng)產生波(bo)浪狀形變而置入槽體(ti)就務必選用(yong)(yong)(yong)環狀和(he)鋸齒(chi)(chi)狀槽相(xiang)組成,這類槽形比鋸齒(chi)(chi)狀槽寬2/3,其(qi)(qi)抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)脫(tuo)力更強。
